DO NOT MATCH Purchases, Cancellation and Refunds

1. The current version

DO NOT MATCH is free to download and play. It is currently in internal testing and not yet available on Google Play. It has no in-app purchases, paid virtual items or subscriptions, and nothing in the Game can be paid for with money. The Game is supported by Google AdMob ads, which cost you nothing to see. Watching an ad, finishing a level, continuing or sharing does not create a charge. Coins you earn in play can be spent in the in-game shop on boosters and lives. Coins cannot be bought with money and ads do not give coins.

Because there is nothing to buy, there is nothing to refund. If you see a charge that you think relates to the Game, email hello@theplain.works with "DO NOT MATCH billing" in the subject and the Google Play order number. We will check it with you.

2. If a later version offers a purchase

If we ever offer a real-money item, it will go through Google Play. Google Play will show the seller, item, price, currency, what you get and any recurring charge before you confirm, and Google Play's refund rules will apply. We will update our Terms and this page before the purchase is offered. We will not sign you up for a subscription without telling you, shorten something you prepaid for, or add a hidden fee.

Google Play is where you start a billing, cancellation or refund request. Use your Google Play order receipt and Google account. If the problem is with delivery or how the Game works, also email hello@theplain.works with the order number and we will work with you and Google to fix it or make any refund we owe.

3. Your rights

Mandatory consumer rights where you live apply, including any right to withdraw or to a remedy for defective or misdescribed digital content. Nothing here asks you to give up a right under the law, a card network or Google Play before we look into your problem.
