DO NOT THROW Content and Family Notice
Effective: October 14, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026
DO NOT THROW is a single-player physics puzzle about aiming and releasing a ball at fictional cases. Its case names, orders and records are authored entertainment. They are not real contracts, legal notices, public records, evidence about a real person or instructions to damage real property. Playing the Game gives you no real-world target or permission.
The Game has no player-to-player messaging, user-posted feed, user-uploaded target or multiplayer. It operates locally and does not connect players. Sharing is optional and starts from your phone's share sheet. You choose the destination, and the recipient's rules apply to anything you share there.
Who the Game is for
DO NOT THROW is intended for players 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The Game does not ask your age and has no age screen. It tells Google's consent tool that the player is not under the age of consent, and it does not set Google's child-directed treatment tag or an under-age tag on ad requests. It is not in Google Play's Families program, and we do not target ads at children. The Game is currently in internal testing and not yet available on Google Play. The Google Play content rating is Everyone (ESRB) / PEGI 3. That rating describes what the content contains. It does not say who the Game is meant for.
Ads and choices
The Game is free and shows Google AdMob ads: rewarded ads that you choose to watch (for extra balls or lives) and interstitial ads after some levels you win. Ads are not personalized for everyone: in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and anywhere else Google's platform requires it, you see Google's consent form first, and a Privacy options button in Settings lets you change your choice. You can also delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your Android settings. Progress does not depend on personalized advertising. The Game goes online only for ads, has no in-app purchases, and keeps your progress on your device. The Privacy Policy lists what Google Mobile Ads processes.
